Recent Museum Displays

On display at the museum are many pictures, signs and other items from the Clarissa businesses through the ages.

The museum has created a display honoring John Brandborg, a Clarissa High School graduate, who was killed in Vietnam in 1969. The display includes items donated from his family.

John Bergs, Clarissa’s pharmacist for 33 years, is featured in a historical display that highlights his work and the changes in the drug store business during his tenure.

Featured at the museum are medical instruments and treatments used in the past.  This display also highlights the work of Dr. Gross, who provided medical care for Clarissa and the surrounding area.

Clarissa and Eagle Valley High School composite pictures from the 1940’s-1990’s are able to be viewed at the museum.

Many farming and lumbering tools are displayed in white cabinets with plexiglass doors, for protection while still being clearly visible to museum guests.
